The European Youth Sport Forum 2017 takes place on 9-13 March 2017, as part of the country's presidency of the European Union.
Profile of participants
- Young leaders involved in sports organisations only
- Participants must be between 18 and 35 years old
- The forum will preferably recruit young people who have specific experience of volunteering and/or social inclusion within sport organisations, who can serve as multipliers for their peers, their member states & local communities
- Participants should be able to contribute to discussions in English and share their ideas and own experiences in the field
Selection criteria:
Selection will be made by the EYSF2017 organising committee, based on:
- Gender and age balanced approach
- Guaranteeing a wide European representation, based on: reccommendation letter from head of the sports organisation; participant's motivation letter; Curriculum Vitae; copy of passport
Deadline for applications:
Applications should reach presidency2017@sportmalta.org.mt by noon CET on 10 January.
Confirmation will be received upon selection. The common language of the forum is English. The whole team, including facilitators, will support participants in order to establish a common understanding and in general good communication between all the participants of the forum.
