How does it work?
Combating discrimination can be humorous, provocative or inspiring. FARE
welcomes all ideas that will be suitable in an international context
and that address discrimination in general or work on a specific topic,
such as racism, homophobia or sexism.
From 01 to 30 April 2014, you can submit your designs. Send your
proposals to info@farenet.org and use the subject line “Football People
Sticker Competition”.
In the email, please state your name and country of residence. If you
want us to make use of it, please also state your website, Twitter name
and Facebook page.The winner/s will be contacted and announced on
Twitter and Facebook on 05 May 2014.
Proposals for stickers must feature:
- The Action Weeks dates 9 – 23 October 2014
- Mention of Football People Action Weeks
- The FARE NETWORK logo
- A sport/football related theme
Proposals for stickers should avoid:
- Political, religious or other symbols/messages that aren’t applicable in an international context
- Ambiguous messages/symbols/personalities
- Discriminatory content of any kind
What will you get?
This is a unique opportunity to become part of the Football People
movement and to diffuse your work across, at least, 46 countries; add an
international value to your portfolio and foresee the possibility of
working with us and/or our partners in future projects.
All winners will also receive a box with 200 of your own stickers, a FARE Action Weeks pack, a letter of reference.
Terms and conditions
- The design must be your own intellectual property and you must have the exclusive copyright and right of use.
- You can submit more than one template. All designs must be provided in a printable format.
This is important otherwise FARE is not legally allowed to print your design.
If your design gets chosen, you grant FARE the exclusive right of use to
print your design of a sticker, use and publish it unlimitedly, and
make amendments or alterations necessary.
